Mercy Learning Center of Bridgeport, Inc. (MLC) provides basic literacy and life skills training to low-income women using a holistic approach within a compassionate, supportive environment. The motto of Mercy Learning Center is "Educate a woman… Educate a family." Since its founding in 1987, MLC has educated and empowered over 12,000 women.
