Spiritual practices include any activity which quiets the mind and connects us with the Holy Spirit. They deepen our awareness of and fortify our connection with the Divine. The fruits of the Holy Spirit such as charity, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, generosity, gentleness and faithfulness, modesty, self-control, and chastity are then nourished and can be manifest in our lives. Spiritual practices may also include meditative activities such as walks in nature, watching a sunrise or sunset, or simply noticing the face of God in the people, places and events of our daily lives.

- Saying “Thank God” each Day for the gifts He has bestowed on You
- Praying Grace Before Each Meal – both at home and unapologetically at restaurants
- Attending Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

- Praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet – it is available online
- Attending a Novena
- Attending the Stations of the Cross During Lent
- Attending a Retreat and Volunteering to Assist on a Retreat
- Joining and Attending a Parish Prayer Group or Forming a Parish Prayer Group
- Participating in a Bible Study
