Saint John XXIII Council was chartered June 30, 1967 at St. Stephen's in Trumbull, CT with 58 charter members. When St. Jude Parish was established in Monroe, CT in 1973, the council was transferred there to better support the Monroe community.

Our Council works closely with the St. Jude Parish community in Monroe, CT, providing support and funds for various projects.

Our Council is composed of about 200 Knights, four being Honorary and 11 being Honorary Life Members.

Our Council meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month, at 7:30 PM in the Parish Social Hall. For those wishing to participate, the Rosary is said before the meeting starting at 7 PM.
Officer meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM in the Social Hall.
